PLEASE NOTE: Investigation commences within 10 working days of receipt of completed Student Complaint Form and receipt of the grievance will be acknowledged in writing via email within five (5) working days. The grievance handling process will commence upon receipt of the formal grievance and all reasonable measures will be taken to finalise the process as soon as practicable. All information provided on this form will be treated in strict confidentiality.
