Student Appeal Form

Current or prospective students who are dissatisfied with the outcome of their formal grievance may lodge an appeal by completing this form online at www.nac.edu.au or in PDF format and submit it and any supporting documentation to ceo@nac.edu.au within 20 working days of receiving notification of the outcome of their formal grievance.

PLEASE NOTE: Before lodging a formal appeal, please make sure that:

a)  You have read and understood the grievance handling process as outlined in the Student Grievance Handling Policy and Procedure;

b)  You have completed Stage One of the formal grievance process; and

c)   You have received a notification about the outcome of your formal grievance.

You will receive a notification of the outcome of this formal appeal within 20 working days of concluding the appeal process.

All information provided on this form will be treated in strict confidentiality.
